    1 \u00b7 You send a short email<\/h3>\n

    Two or three lines are enough: what you’d like help with, any firm or offer you want checked, any deadline. No forms, no sign-up, no mandatory file to attach. See the contact page<\/a> for exactly what’s useful to mention.<\/p>\n

    2 \u00b7 Free intro consultation<\/h3>\n

    A short call (or email thread if you prefer) to understand your situation and the decision in front of you. If Litenett isn’t the right fit, we say so and suggest where you’d be better served \u2014 no pressure, no second ask.<\/p>\n

    3 \u00b7 Engagement letter<\/h3>\n

    If we are the right fit, you receive a one-page letter in plain English: what we’ll do, the fixed fee, what you receive at the end and how long it’ll take. You read it, you sign it, and only then does the paid work begin. Before step three you owe us nothing.<\/p>\n

    4 \u00b7 The work itself<\/h3>\n

    Research, write-ups, sessions, or a check report \u2014 depending on which service you booked. Throughout, your money and all your accounts stay entirely yours. We never need a login to anything.<\/p>\n

    5 \u00b7 Handover<\/h3>\n

    You receive everything we produced \u2014 plans, spreadsheets, notes, check reports \u2014 as plain files you keep forever. No subscription, no “portal”, no lock-in. If you want a follow-up call three months later, just email.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n

    How Litenett is paid<\/h2>\n

    By you. Only by you. One fixed fee per engagement, agreed in writing up front. No hourly rate, no percentage of pots, no commissions, no referral kick-backs, no “trailer” income from any firm anywhere. If a vendor sent you our way, they paid us nothing. If a bank thanks us for a client, we send the thanks back unopened.<\/p>\n

    What the fee buys varies by service, and we tell you exactly before you commit. If the work turns out to need more hours than we expected, that’s on us \u2014 the fee doesn’t move.<\/p>\n
