\nIs Litenett a financial adviser?<\/summary>\n

No \u2014 Litenett is a consulting firm. We help people understand, check and plan their money. We don’t give regulated personal investment recommendations, we don’t hold client money and we don’t sell products. If you need a regulated adviser we’ll say so.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nWill you touch my bank or broker accounts?<\/summary>\n

No, never. We don’t need a password, a 2FA code, or any kind of account access. Your money sits where it is throughout.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nHow are you paid?<\/summary>\n

By you \u2014 a single fixed fee per engagement, agreed in writing before any paid work starts. No hourly rate, no commissions, no referral fees, no advertising income.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nHow much does a service cost?<\/summary>\n

A fixed figure that we quote after a free intro call, because scope varies from person to person. The figure is in the engagement letter you sign \u2014 and it doesn’t change once we start.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nWill you tell me which specific stocks or funds to buy?<\/summary>\n

No. That would be regulated investment advice, which we don’t do. We teach you how instruments work so you can decide for yourself, and we check firms before you send them a cent.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nDo you work outside Europe?<\/summary>\n

Our focus is private individuals resident in Europe. We can take a non-European client in exceptional cases \u2014 ask.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nHow long does a plan take?<\/summary>\n

Two to three weeks from signed engagement letter to handover. A single firm check is usually turned around inside 48 hours.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nCan I get a refund if it isn’t what I hoped?<\/summary>\n

Yes. The engagement letter spells out the refund rules. In short: if we deliver what the letter promised, we’ve earned the fee; if we didn’t, we refund the part we didn’t earn.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nDo you have testimonials I can verify?<\/summary>\n

We publish three short video testimonials on the home page. We don’t reveal client identifiers without their written consent. If you’d like to speak to an existing client before engaging us, we can usually arrange it with their agreement.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nHow do I know an email really came from you?<\/summary>\n

It comes from an address at @litenett.com\/<\/code>. Any link in it points to litenett.com\/<\/code>. We never ask for passwords, 2FA codes or payment in crypto or gift cards. If anything feels off, forward it to consulting@litenett.com<\/a> y lo confirmaremos.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nI’ve already lost money to a scam. Can you help?<\/summary>\n

We don’t do fund-recovery work \u2014 the firms that offer to recover lost money for a fee are almost always running a secondary scam. We can advise on the right sequence of steps (bank reversal, police report, evidence preservation) for a fixed fee.
