Trust isn’t a slogan — it’s a list of things we commit to, in public. Here is ours.

Five commitments, out loud

1. Your money stays in your accounts. We don’t hold, receive, move or invest a single cent of it. If a Litenett consultant ever asks you to send money to anywhere except our clearly-named consulting fee account, it isn’t Litenett.
2. We are paid only by clients. No commissions, no referral fees, no kickbacks, no “trailer” income, no sponsorship, no ad revenue on this site. If a firm offered to pay us to push their product, we’d refuse — and we have.
3. Everything we do is fixed-fee, in writing, up front. You see the figure and the scope before you sign. If the work turns out to need more hours, that’s on us — the fee doesn’t move.
4. You own what we produce. Plans, write-ups, spreadsheets and check reports are handed over as files you keep forever. No portal, no subscription, no login.
5. No personal recommendations we aren’t qualified to make. We don’t do regulated investment advice, tax advice or legal advice. When that’s what you need, we say so and point you at the right kind of professional.

How we protect our independence

Independence is easy to claim and hard to live. Three structural things keep ours real:

• No commercial relationships with any financial product provider, platform or broker.
• A staff policy forbidding personal investments in any firm we might assess for a client.
• Transparent ownership: Litenett is owned by the senior consultants and nobody else.

How you can verify what we say

• Our registration — searchable on the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) register.
• Our editorial integrity — editorial policy sets out the four-step check every published page goes through.
• Our privacy posture — privacy notice names every third party that touches your data (there are three, all in the EU).
• Our impersonation guard — every real Litenett email comes from @litenett.com/. We never message first on WhatsApp or Telegram.

What we will never do

• Ask for passwords or two-factor codes.
• Ask for payment in crypto, gift cards, or to an account that doesn’t have “Litenett” in its name.
• Guarantee a return or a timeline.
• Sell or share your data, with anyone, for any reason.
