Version 1.0 · in force from 1 November 2026.
The short version: this website gives general information about Litenett, an independent finance-consulting firm for individuals, and general money guides. It is not personal advice and it is not an offer. A client relationship starts only when both sides sign an engagement letter — and that letter, not these terms, governs the paid work. Investing always carries risk, nothing here promises a result, and you use the site on the fair-use basis set out below.

1 · Who “we” and “you” are
In these terms, “we”, “us” i “our” mean Litenett Finance Advisory Ltd., a Dutch private limited company. “You” means anyone who uses this website.
2 · What this website is — and isn’t
This is Litenett’s public website. It explains who we are, what services we offer and how we work, and it publishes general articles about money, investing and avoiding scams. It is ne:
- personal financial advice,
- an offer to open an account, enter a transaction or buy a product,
- a recommendation to use any specific firm, platform or instrument,
- a substitute for talking to a qualified adviser about your own situation.
3 · When a client relationship begins
Nothing on this site creates a consulting relationship with Litenett. That relationship starts only when you and we have both signed a written engagement letter. Until then — however many emails have gone back and forth — nothing is owed, and nothing you read here should be relied on as advice tailored to you.
4 · What we don’t do
Litenett does not give regulated investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, insurance advice or mortgage advice. The engagements we take are consulting engagements: we explain, we check, we write things down. If your situation needs a regulated adviser, a tax lawyer or a notary, we’ll say so.
5 · We don’t promise results
Investing carries risk. Prices fall as well as rise, past returns are not a guide to future returns, and anyone who promises you a specific number is either mistaken or lying. Nothing on this site — no table, no example, no case study — is a forecast of what will happen to your money.
6 · Accuracy and updates
We work hard to keep every page up to date. Each guide carries a published date; our urednička politika sets out how often we review each type of content. Even so, rules, scam patterns and firm details change — if you spot something that looks wrong, email [email protected] and we’ll check.
7 · Acceptable use
By using this site, you agree not to:
- Do anything illegal with or on it.
- Probe, scan or otherwise attempt to break its security.
- Scrape pages at a rate that affects other visitors.
- Impersonate Litenett or anyone associated with it.
- Use our content to train an AI model without first asking us in writing (see ai.txt).
8 · Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, logos, layout — is owned by Litenett or licensed to us. You’re welcome to link to any page and to quote reasonable extracts with attribution. You’re not welcome to republish whole pages, pass off our content as your own, or use the Litenett name in a way that suggests endorsement.
9 · Links to other websites
Where we link to another site, we do so because it genuinely helps the reader — a regulator’s register, a public database, an original source. We have no control over those sites and we can’t vouch for their content after linking. A link is not an endorsement.
10 · Our liability to you
To the fullest extent the law allows, Litenett is not liable for any loss you suffer from acting (or not acting) on general content you read on this website. Our liability under an engagement is set out in that engagement letter.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law — including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11 · Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The version date at the top tells you when the current text took effect. Material changes are announced on this page at least 30 days before they apply to anything new.
12 · Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. The Dutch courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that consumers can also bring proceedings in the courts of their own EU member state where the law allows.
13 · How to reach us
